I am a freelance legal counsel and business affairs manager, with more than 10 years of global working experience. For many years I worked with one of the greats, MediaMonks, helping the company grow from 60 people to over 1500, and from 1 ½ office to over 22 offices worldwide. I grew personally as well, coming from a music background, expanding my expertise to all things digital; from legal advice on the company’s growth and territory expansion, employee relations & labor regulations & restructures to legal advice on web, games, online commercials, TVC’s, documentaries, anything interactive; 360, VR, events & experientials. Not only for MediaMonks but also for many other great advertising and production agencies such as AnalogFolk, TBWA/Neboko, Superhero Cheesecake, Gravity, Hey Honey, MassiveMusic, Blauw Gras, Halal, Untold Fable, Mr. Frank, Dept Agency, WeArePi and helping set up Pi Studios and other companies to expand to new territories. Having extensive experience of working on and negotiating with international clients and project scoping for international & national campaigns/productions including but not limited to; clearances, drafting contracts, (rights) research, talent, employee culture, footage and music negotiations, licensing, trademark checks, contract management, labor relations, project management and handling agency and production insurance. Coming from a strong production and agency background in 2021 I have been given the adventure to join adidas and manage the business affairs & copy for mainly studio a (adidas internal agency) which has a more digital focus. Next to that in 2022 I also started working for Karl Lagerfeld as director of the legal department and business affairs to help with the company's growth.
